I love this Union on Eighth Wedding!
So I’m in restless mode and this Union on Eighth wedding only curbed it a little. Last year, I spent time down a hole of self-improvement, which means I didn’t get much done outside of work and working on myself. Now I’m sitting at my desk, looking up vacations I can’t afford right now and feeling frustrated. Have you ever been here? Wanting all the things but feeling shackled by adult rules? Yeah…I have big adult goals this year. I want to pay off all of my debt, save $5k and…get a new car. Oh gosh, how badly I want a new car. I have a 2008 Scion xB and it’s…old. I’ve stopped maintaining it’s insides, so it’s just a traveling closet at this point. Ugh.
I have this new dream to get a new car (I’m eyeballing a Toyota RAV4) and drive up to the Northwest, like Wyoming and Montana. I’ve always wanted to see that part of the world! Mountains, fields, lakes, clouds. I want all of it in my life. I also want to see Nashville, Maine, Vermont, Savannah, Chicago…need I go on? AIYA. All the places!
I’m going to work so hard this year. Bring my business to a whole new level. Connect with my clients in a whole new way! I want to focus on vendors that have been supportive and kind during my two years in Austin. Gratitude is the name of the game. Always has been, I’m just bringing it back to center.
Speaking of bringing it to center, Julia and Brad had a pretty amazing wedding in Georgetown, at The Union on 8th. I loved this venue, with it’s rusted walls, open space and of course, in Georgetown! Which is such a cute little town outside of Austin! And on top of all of that amazingness, they had the holiday lighting ceremony that evening, which helped us get some amazing shots that evening! I’m so excited about those images!
Lovin’ this wedding and super stoked to share!
